A little letterpress

I'm obsessed with all things letterpress. My wedding invites were letterpress for this very reason. There's something delightful and artsy about something that equal parts timeless and textured.

I also love Italy, naturally. Since I am Italian and all. Plus the husb lived there for two years. So it's a meaningful place for both of us.

Thus, when I came across this lovely piece by Cameron Moll, I almost fainted with happiness.

(Now I just need to find $100 on the ground somewhere and then snatch it right up. It would look fabulous in my den.)

Letterpress Love

I will admit it, I am utterly obsessed with letterpress. I think it's such a lovely medium and it is so classy. In the (hopefully) near future, I will be posting about my wedding... the dress, the flowers, the invites, etc.

But I'll give you a bit of a preview and share a pic of my invites. My amazingly talented co-worker and friend, Emily designed these, and I think they are the loveliest invites I have ever seen. (Though I may be just a tinge biased. Te hee.)

And yes, they are letterpress.
