I took your advice and finally got back to the MAC counter on Sat night. I use to use select tint foundation(very light coverage) until I ran out and Nordstrom left downtown. Yes, it was that long ago. Since then I went to the grocery store and took a stab in the dark by just picking a shade of loreals foundation. Close but no cigar. It reached a putty like consistency the same time (a bit before perhaps, eek) you posted about macs studio fix. I didn't get the powder because I'm not a powder girl but I did get the most perfect shade (finally!) of studio sculpt foundation, blush and even a blush brush. Getting ready yesterday was such a treat! Thanks to your post and an understanding husband willing to pay $80 for beautys sake. ;)
